I was really hoping that the L-188 Electra was going to be suitable for FS2004. Oh well ..... I've still got the KBT VP-3A Orion done as a look a like Electra with one of Stefan's incredible paint jobs. Works for me ;D Pete.

How could you say such a thing Roland......I almost got killed by the flames over at SOH when I made just that suggestion ;D ;D Of course that did not stop me and ViVa has been flying just such a L-188 / P3 for quite some time now. But since there are some other differences, such as the cockpit windows, it would have been nice if this would have been made backwards compatible. Cheers Stefan Time ago FS-KBT wrote me a mail that they are working on a L-188 conversion. But there is always a big but question is wether it materialize.I flew the VP-3 often when I made Manfred's YC-121 FDE Roland

If the SP2 project comes out and they did not split the models in an inner and an outer one they maybe a way to backconvert to FS2004 with some tweaks. At least possible while a FS2002 never flys in FSX Roland

Hi,
You can't do it without the source code and quite a bit of work...

I will be posting more screenshots and some video footage of the L-188 on my design and fsx support forum in the next few days or by the end of this week. Registration on my forum is free and new users are welcome to join. Victor fsx.homelinux.com/index.php
