Hi Macs - Good pics - Pretty sure I have that Victoria Falls scenery but only in my VFR install. Unfortunately, like a lot of other good mesh stuff, it needs Terrain_Max_Vertex_Level=21, and if I set that in the Classic install, Wolfgang's retro Orly doesn't work, because it needs TMVL=19 But I did manage to fly under the bridge, after sideslipping a Tiger Moth over the falls and into the gorge ;D ATB MikeW

They have to be somewhere I'm sure. When I find them I'll post them. Macs

Quite a beautiful repaint! ^^ Thanks for sharing those nice shots. Thanks. I am making a couple more which I'll include in an upload to AVSIM. One from the Caribbean and another one from the Andean region most probably. regards, Macs

If it is not too much trouble could you send it to Flightsim.com as well. Still works much better for me than AVSIM.

I thought at first the airliners.net pictures where from days past, but found out ROVOS is a current airline. It must be an amazing experience to ride on one of these classic birds in real life Also, I thought their livery is one of the most elegant I've seen yet on an airliner, very nice. regards, Macs

Yes, Rovos Air is a subsidiary of Rovos Rail Tours, a luxury rail tour company that runs high-end train tours in Africa. They started the "airline" in 2001 as an addon to the company and acquired initially 2 Convairs, a VC-131H (ZS-ARV) and a C-131D-CO (ZS-BRV). In 2002 they acquired a C-47A-DK (ZS-CRV) which is the only active aircraft in the fleet still. They also operated a DC-4-1009 (ZS-AUA) from 2004 until 2005 on lease from Springbok Classic Air (which is the former PH-DDS and is now with Skyclass). Finally, they've had 3 different F-28's on their roster, but they appear to be short-term Wet Leases as all were returned to the lessor within months of being leased.

Good looking repaint. Probably one of the best liveries ever on a Convair (in my opinion). Thanks for the screen shots and your excellent work!
