A few tweaks to go on this one.....used my "old" textures and spiffed them up a bit.....interesting to see how very basic and crude my textures were when I did these originally!!!! I may do a Yellowbird of Northeast airlines....but Im still working on tweaking some things for this and the Allegheny paint.

Allegheny My version, and I will be asking Mr Fraser for permission to use his textures as a base for this bird....I tweaked the colors and tried to get the stripes to be a bit more accurate on the model. You can compare this with the pic I posted earlier of Fraser's paint in the "Updated F-27" thread.

Hello All, I have finished the Fokker F27 Friendship and it is ready for download now. A beta project at the moment - there are still some small things I have to check but I hope you like this enhanced F27 just as much as you like Tom's great Fairchild F-27A and FH227 Without Tom's help I could not have come so far. Well, have a "prettige vlucht" - a good flight Cheers, Jaap download: www.mediafire.com/?zbkuk900cq3bvxs

Hi Jaap,
I'm looking forward to flying the Friendship. Thanks for your dedicated work, I'm sure the F27 will be great.
I am amazed at the quality of projects that are created at Calclassic on a daily basis. There are a lot of very talented people here. Thank you all for your contributions.

To get Frank's repaints (connie1049) send him a PM on this forum specifying which liveries you would like. Hornit, feel free to upload your liveries where you like - remember this is *California* Classics, and I've got the CA liveries covered.

Small update of the F27 model I modified the little corner window of the cockpit so it looks more like the one on the Fokker F27: Also moved the ILS antenna on top to the center line of the roof. Most F27's had them there. download the model here: www.mediafire.com/?difdiqlta0z14g4Regards, Jaap

Great paints Frank, Jaap and Hornit.
Jaap the Fokker F27 is a great improvement, thanks to everyone who contributed to this update. Are you also going to release a square tipped prop model for the Fokker F27?
