Okay, it's a bit FaceBook-y for an old guy like me, but I'll join the party! Did I mention that I live on a boat? Cheers, Glenn

:DGlenn, living on a boat is the only way to go. I used to own a small Chrylser Cruiseliner, a 25 footer, and Lue and I spent more time on that than we did in our apartment. It was complete with Head, Galley, four bunks in the cabin and two knockdown bunks on the aft deck. I sold it when I retired from NASA and I have been regretting it ever since. It was also fully inclosed in the rear with Camper Curtains. Jesse

Col, we kept the AlohaII in a marina on South River just off the Chesapeake Bay outside Annapolis, Md,. The reason it is on the trailer in the photos, we were on our way down to West Palm Beach, FL on I-95. Pulled in to a rest stop for a coffee break. Jesse

Okay, just for the heck of it...my lady in a more recent shot, she's better looking tham I am, anyway: Not my bike, though - I have a Vincent Black Shadow in various pieces in my garage.

Since there were so many cool pics with Users next to planes I thought I would put one of me next to one of our last Q-200's. We were putting the orig engine back on it, before it goes away. Also since people put picture of their wheels, I would add a couple with me next to the 2 of mine. Keep in mind I live in Portland OR, and this is "Bike City US". This is taken on the bike trail on the way to Jason's Camas

Nice lookin' set of wheels. I had a ten speed Raleigh once many moons ago but I sold it when I left the country for an indef stay. Trying to ride it on the Autobahn was pure suicide. Jesse

I'm trying to keep him under control, Jesse.
By the way, I'm pretty sure you have an outlook similar to mine, i.e. it's not how old you are OUTSIDE; what counts is how young you are INSIDE.
Cheers,
Glenn

Hi all, In the first photo, I'm the little boy on the right, holding my mothers hand while we're watching our baggage being loaded off an almost brand new SAS CV-440, LN-KLB "Ivar Viking", in july 1957. The next is just me, instructing two of my students how to use a telescope we have at my school ('Secondary school' in english, 'Gymnasium' in danish, german etc): Best regards Jens

Hi,
Thanks to all of you - it's great to put some faces with the people I've gotten to know as friends.

Hi, Here is a pic my mum rediscovered last year and which I got scanned..it came out at 31Mb so this is only a small part of the original. Date: 1952/3 Place: Northolt Aerodrome. Used I think before Heathrow was even a gleam in a planner's eye. Plane: BEA DC 3 I am being accompanied by the stewardess! A bit like Jen's lovely picture; I look at these pics of us as youngsters and wonder where the little guys went !! All the best to you all, Andy.
