Yes, very sad. He and Nels took simming from a bulletin board/FTP file library environment to the next level. I met him at the AVSIM conference held here in San Diego (in the Aerospace Museum). A real nice guy.

Very sad to hear. He was with FS from the beginning. When others might have given up and just let AVSIM die after the hacking in 2009, he persevered and restored the site, and ran a fine forum. Kudos!
