Have been doing a fair bit of flying out of Yellowknife in various DC-4s and have found it almost impossible to use Runway 33 for take off due to the high ground just beyond that runway. You have to do an unrealistic climb angle to clear that terrain. Is there a patch or something similar available that will make the terrain around Yellowknife more in keeping with the real countryside?
Thanks John

FS9 correct? I remember this issue as well there is something wrong with the default land class I think. There is a pretty decent Yellowknife scenery available that i know fixes the issue. I think also if you download a new land class (ultimate terrain) etc that should also fix it.

I could add a flatten around the airport when I release Canada 1960.
In the mean time, a simple fix is to use ADE to add a flatten to the airport AFCAD.
