Hi,
Some weeks ago, i decided stop use FSX and FS9, and to concentrate all my energy and time on P3D (Version 2.5)
So, i'm converting, (slowly), Bordeaux 1961 to P3D,
i will do the same, with some others european CC airports, and later with the american CC airports.
Basically, the idea, is avoid to touch bgls, only re-compile it, the LIBs .bgl files, in true FSX mdl format, with ModelConverterX.
(the AFCAD not need conversion),
doing that, a FS9 CC scenery, shows ok on P3D V2.x AND on FSX
(for that reason i compile it on FSX format and not on P3D format)
of course, after that, normally it's needed to do some landclass and excludes work to make it fit correctly.
I will publish here, when P3D(FSX) conversion of Bordeaux will finish, (and any other cc airport i will do), and tell Tom, for his scenery page
you can put here, all the question about, convertion of FS9 scenery to P3D, i think i can share that i discover until now
Cheers
Alejandro

Been flying only p3d since April. Very impressed so far. No classic scenery yet, but this news may change that.
thanks for your work.

Just some news:
Bordeaux-Merignac for P3D V2.5, will not be released soon, because, as i'm doing for Rhone Alpes state (in France), Bordeaux-Merignac, will be part, of "Aquitaine 1960",
i will backdate (landclasses, excludes, airports) from the whole area from Bordeaux to sea
Cheers
