Yep, a truly neat video. Love them lighting up their Chesterfields when they get to cruise.

It is a very interesting film. Towards the end (33 minutes) they feather three engines and fly on starboard outer alone. Could the Super Connie really fly level on one engine, or was there perhaps a degree of sleight of hand involved in this?

The plane was quite light when they did it, so no problems. I have seen similar photos of a B377 and a DC-7 doing that.

If you look closely takeoff flaps are extended. So they weren't, let's say, zooming along.
