Hi all, Good news - if you are using my panels in 64 bit P3D, you can now have them make clicking sounds, etc. Doug Dawson has released a 64 bit version of the sound DLL file I use. Download this: www.douglassdawson.ca/files/dsd_xml_sound2_x64.zipand replace the existing gauge in the main Gauges folder. Hope this helps,

Are those two files in your Sound/KM folder? If not, copy them from another sim into that folder.

Hi Tom,
I get a similar (but not-fatal) alert. I have Jon Jeffery's DC-6 and DC-7 Prop sounds installed, but I still get "/gauge/p51-DC6/prop34.wav" and "/gauge/p51_DC6/prop12.wav" can't be found on load. Where can I find the needed files? I don't understand "copy them from another sim". I have the CC DC-7C base pack installed.
Best regards,
Bill
ps. I am ecstatic about your new FSX native aircraft. MANY thanks!

Hi, Those messages have nothing do to with the sound package you use, those WAV files are used for the sounds in the panel. I see the problem, it is due to the DC-6 and DC-7 panels sharing the dc6b_sound.ini file. There are two missing files, which need to be placed into the FS/Sound/KM folder. The installer files have been updated, but you can fix your current installation by adding these two files to that folder. www.calclassic.com/Temp/Missing_WAVs.zipHope this helps,

Hi Tom,
Many thanks for the two files. When I went install them (as directed), I found that I already had both files in that folder. I overwrote them. I continue to get the alert for both files. Any ideas?
LOVE the DC-7C!
Best regards,
Bill

I don't think you have a default panel installation, since the messages say the gauge is looking for those files in the /gauge/p51-DC6 folder. Try putting them into that folder too?
