You are right, Manfred, the adrenalin certainly does flow, and as I shall be going to bed within a few hours this is my last attempt for tonight. Visibility one nautical mile, no wind, intercept distance set to 6 nautical miles and flown entirely by voice control; there was a nasty moment when I realised I had forgotten to go to Flaps 80 so hard was I concentrating on the rest of it. Breadcrumb trail and view from the cockpit on first sighting the runway. Now I shall reward myself by watching the Canadian video. Thanks to all those concerned in producing this fine gauge.
By the way, Tom, if my brain was as feeble as yours I'd be delighted.

GCA V2.1 just uploaded to Flightsim and Sim Outhouse.
Many thanks for testing!

Manfred,
Are there any differences between the release version and the last development release?
Thanks,

Yes; some minor changes to the AP (to allow 3-12 miles intercept) and some revisions in the Manual. The previous Dropbox link is now inactive, better use the final version from SOH or Flightsim. --Manfred

GCA 2.1 does only work in full screen mode for me (fs9). Is this correct?
Edit: Forget about, problem is gone and I cannot recreate it...
But I cannot set INT distance. It does not accept my number keys.
(When I entered ICAO "EDDN" capital characters ar not accepted, but lower case characters "eddn" are translated to "EDDN" and accepted. I really have not "shift Lock" pressed!!!
(Is it a problem to move or resize the GCA window?)

Hi,
You do not set the INT distance using the keyboard.
1. Click the INT button. 2. Set the distance in the little number boxes to the right of the INT button using the mouse. 3. Click the blue SET word in the upper right part of the gauge.
Note that you set it to 1/10 the actual distance. If you want a 6 mile intercept you enter 0.6 into the number boxes.
Hope this helps,

Thanks a lot Tom, it worked fine!
If I resize the window, I have to enter all again (APT, ICAO, APP), okay?

Just weighing in to say HI! ... and a big thank you to all concerned with both the GCA mod (which I'm enjoying hugely) and, of course, the magnificent MJ C-47!
Adam.
