Shalom and greetings all my pals,
Presenting a beautiful sunset runway approach to CYVQ Norman Wells Airport located adjacent to Norman Wells in Northwest Territories, Canada
On descent on way to runway 28 after a nice flight from CYEV Inuvik (Mike Zubko) Airport located 6.5 nautical miles east of Inuvik in Northwest Territories, Canada.
On final runway approach with background view of Mackenzie River which is longest river system in Canada and 13th longest river system in the world
Still on final runway approach with background view of Mountain Mt. Hamar
You can tell from snowcapped trees that the plane is getting closer to runway
Three seconds from touchdown
TOUCHDOWN
Love those snowcapped trees
Braking down past the airport firehouse
Still braking down on very slippery icy runway past the passenger terminal
Exiting from runway toward cargo hold next to passenger terminal
Approaching cargo apron next to passenger terminal
Thank you for viewing. Stay tuned for next exciting flight report.
Regards,
Aharon

If that's real weather you certainly had a lovely day yo fly into Norman Wells, thanks for sharing! I guess in the here and now you would be flying a 737-300 or Dash-8 for Canadian North.

Thanks all for kind words.
Jagdflieger, you flew Hercules in real life? We have another forum member here in CalClassics who is also real life Hercules pilot too.
Regards,
Aharon
