Wish I had FS2020, but I'm stuck on FS9 Gary. A beautiful port over in any case.

The latest version of Legacy Importer at www.nexusmods.com/microsoftflightsimulator/mods/117 and follow directions. The DC-7 is slow to accelerate but will fly from a long runway. The DC-6 would not reach flying speed so I replaced the air file with the file from DC-7. Gary

Hi,
Nice!
Glad to hear my propliners will make it into the latest sim. That may keep us going for a few more years, along with the folks running earlier sims. It sounds like you may need to increase engine horsepower in the aircraft.cfg file, assuming FS2020 has such a thing.

I didn't think to increase hp in the aircraft config. in FSX then import the plane into msfs 2020. Thanks Tom!
Aharon: Active Sky Cloud Art has beautiful clouds and it's only $20.

I guess that's one way to do it if you can't edit the FS2020 files.

My Computer SSD does not have the space (150 GB) required for MS2020. I have lots of space on the hard drive however. Can I load FS2020 onto my computer hard drive or does it have to go on the SSD??

I'm sure the hard drive would be fine.

OK thanks Tom. I may give that a try as long as the installation procedure allows me to do that. Some FS platforms seem to automatically want to install into specific places and folders. I suppose another option would be to copy and paste stuff from the SSD to the computer hard drive but that seems like a lot of extra work. Herman

Sometimes (as for FS9) they give you a Custom installation choice. That often includes specifying where you install it.
