Relates to: calclassic.proboards55.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=screenies&thread=101One of my favourite sim destinations is the Faroe Islands. Ryan Andersen and Peter Poulsen have given us a very nice freeware scenery, and Jens B Kristensen's DC-4 is not pressurised, so I have an excuse for staying low enough to enjoy the view. I have been experimenting with sizes to find a good compromise. I use YAFFS, and Irfan View to resize the shots. This is 1024 wide, resized and sharpened from 1296. At 72 DPI it comes in at just over 400KB. If you go to the Atlantic Airways website: www.atlanticairways.fo/webcam/webcam.aspyou can see how good the scenery is, and why it is so much fun to fly. Hmm, rather strange to have two threads for a screenshot..best would be to stay on the same thread..anyhow.. how did you got a lock on the gear in FS9 in the first shot ?

..anyhow.. how did you got a lock on the gear in FS9 in the first shot ? Honest, Johan, it wasn't me ! ;D Do you mean the loop antenna fairing, which looks as if it is between the port main wheels? Cheers MikeW

Hi Johan,
Read the Welcome post - you are supposed to create two threads. The reason is that people with slow connections will be able to read the discussion without having to load the images each time.
Hope this helps,
