Have installed Shockwave Lights in several classic aircraft. Seems however that a lot of AC have no entry in the cfg [Lights] section for landing lights. The AC of course DO have them. Is there an entry somewhere else other than in the Lights section, or are they just not accessible in these particular planes ?
TIA Mike

Hi,
Landing lights in the cfg file only provide the little light bulb (using the default effects). The light splash on the ground is in the model itself.
If you want to add shockwave lights to those without such cfg file entries just copy them from another cfg file and paste them into that plane's cfg file. Then adjust the numbers until they are in the correct location.

Thanks Tom. Wow you're prompt. Will give it a shot and see what happens.

Mdeval,
If it is not too much trouble, can you please take screenshots of results of utilizing Shockwave features on CalClassics planes, please? If the results look cool, I might buy it.
HOWEVER, you have to remember that propeller planes in /1940s1950s/1960s had different bulb light color than what you normally see in modern jetliner planes. I do not think Shockwave takes account on that difference. Even 707s had different bulb light color too.
Thanks,
Aharon

As I remember Shockwave does have yellower varieties of lights for use in older planes.

OK, OK, the jig is up. I've been caught. In all this time with this forum and on MS flight sim, I've never learned to create a screenshot.
If someone could explain it, I'd send one in.

So let me amend my previous post. I DO know how to take a screenshot. I DON'T know how to post it here.

Tips forum, how to use Imgur to post screenshots. There is another (easier) site, but I forgot the name.
