I will probably try to recreate the flight but I think I will use the B-314 and not the Martin 130. Should be a fun flight. I might cheat a bit and use the GPS. Jesse

I wish I could get my Pilots B-314 to work. I got it for 2002 and when trying to install in 2004 the gauges dont work and scenery does not show up.

I bought mine for FS2002 also, but then Pilot's came out with an upgrade for FS2004. I also bought that one. I was a bit disappointed in the fact they charged for an upgrade. But then, that's payware for you.

Jesse Wasn't it a Boeing 314 in the original flight anyways Jesse ?? Speaking of that...is there a usable free 314 available somewhere ?? Stefan

Speaking of that...is there a usable free 314 available somewhere ?? Stefan I am quite happy with the Mike Stone model available here on the CalClassic Boeing pages with the Ken Mitchell 2D panels set and FSAviator FDE. However, there's no VC for those who like them and the flight model is for the B-314A. The Pacific Clipper was a B-314. Chris

I have been a fan of the clipper for a long time. I fly RC and many years ago read about a guy that built a beautiful rc model of the 314. On his maiden flight he was having trouble getting it to turn correctly and an elderly man came up to him and gave him some tips. He got it under control and landed learning later that the man was a former clipper pilot. This was some time ago and reported in an RC magazine so not sure of the validity of the story.
I do wish someone like Accusim would make the ultimate version for us to play with. The Pilot model was very good and holds up well but the vc is showing it's age.
