I went on Ebay last night, as I logged on I went to the fishing section, I saw a pole for sale for £120 plus £15 postage, it was a Maver 16 metre. No one had made a bid and the sale was up in a matter of minutes so I made a bid and I won with no other bidders... Then I realised I had made a bid on a section only of the pole not the full pole, I thought 'Oh no' it was my own fault for not reading it properly.
I mailed the guy selling it and explained what I thought it was and made a mistake, he replied with giving me his phone number. I phoned him straight away and he was laughing, he understood my mistake and offered to re-fund my money, then he said he had another FULL pole he was selling for roughly the same price and that was on Ebay, I looked at it and it great so we did the deal. He said he would post it off today for me.
Luckily he was a decent guy, some others might have just said, 'Hard luck, you should have read the advert,' and wouldn't refund the money.
The pole I bought off him was a Maver 14.5 metre with 3 different power tops plus a cupping kit, it looked very good on the photo's, any way I got a good pole in the end for the same price.

Your details would probably be more interesting than mine Paul but as you decided not to go there we will have to use our imagination.

Heh, judging by the topic headline, I thought I'd wandered into the Penthouse Forum, not the CalClassic Forum!
