I recently had major problems with computer;before I took it to shop,I uninstalled FS9(wish I had not done that);at shop, had new processor installed and additional memory,I reinstalled FS9,lost some of my repaints and have not been able to get them back;my big problem is I have propliner traffic checked and early jet airliners, but I have old and modern props and jets all flying together, plus I have duplicate AI planes;ie two pipers or two cessnas, etc. same id flying together. Do I have something out of order in scenery area of FS?

Did you move the default traffic file (traffic030528.bgl) to a Modern AI Traffic scenery layer or did you leave it in Scenery/World/scenery?
If you left it in Scenery/World/scenery, then you must rename it to traffic030528.bgl.bak to disable it to avoid modern aircraft. If you put it into a Modern AI Traffic scenery layer, make sure you MOVED it, and didn't COPY it. If you copied it, delete the duplicate copy still in Scenery/World/scenery.
Hope this helps,

I don't have a problem with modern AI, but I do have a duplicate problem. I did follow the instructions in the read me files, but the duplicate traffic still appears.

Hi Darth'
Have you gone through all the Traffic bgl's, sounds like you have 2 loaded, may be in different places that's why you can't see thrm both, or have you by any chance renamed any traffic bgl's it's possible you renamed one of those by mistake?

Hi,
Do a Windows Explorer/My Computer search for traffic*.bgl in your FS installation. Hopefully you will find the duplicate.
