My download looks to be okay. Really nice scenery.
Just one question, what is FS91_lib_ras_cc? Should it be a separate installation?

Is the library with custom vehicles made it by Gérard Benoit from RAS (Rhone Alpes Simulation)
you should declare it under main LFLY_1960_FS91 scenery

Where is the best place to locate it please. Tried FlightSim with no success and couldn't see it on the RAS site.

both directory are in the install pack just run it and after that declare it on fs library
look in the readme its explained

Hi,
The reason that the RAS library is to be installed into a separate scenery layer is that it will eventually be included in the Classic Libraries v4 package, and you will remove that separate scenery layer when you install that updated package.
It can be placed anywhere in the Scenery Library; the position is not important.
