Thanks Alejandro - I will look for your updates - Lisbon is one that still doesn't work in FSX, would love your fix for that one, if time allows. I've managed to fix Bern and Geneva - but I'm sure your fix for those is better than mine.
Personally, I'd be more optimistic around AI. I have CC traffic (at about 50% or so - it's been ages since I last played with the slider) - and no big issues. Sure, the silver textures are a bit washed, and a few blacked out windows here and there - but hey - it's AI, it's retro, no complaints. Different users' results may vary of course, but I have had great results using FS9 AI imported into FSX - without even doing proper texture conversions, which though nice, would not be worth the effort for the marginal extra work. Indeed, I have used Michael Pearson's great classic military AI FS9 aircraft (F-8s, A-4s, etc.) in FSX with zero issues.
Just another perspective - but then again, I'm a glass half full fellow ...

I'm running commercial air AI at 90% and have had no issues. The only problems I have had thus far are scenery-related and the odd FS9 aircraft port-over (like that circling Starliner thing)

Just saw this thread and wonder if the most recent downloads of CC scenery has all these included or do I need to download these updates to make these airports more compatible in FSX?
I do know that my Lisbon is not 100% correct but have not tried all the others since my new PC Build.
Thanks,

Hi,
No they do not, unless they specify they are for FSX. They are released for FS2004; FSX updates can be found here on this forum.
Hope this helps,

Seemingly out of nowhere, I’ve got many/most airport parking spots as a black square. No oil spot or taxi/park markings. Just a black surface square.
Not sure where that’s come from. Seeing it at KSEA and PHNL, and many others.
Thoughts? Thanks.

Do not install the Classic Libraries mega download for P3D. Only use the FS2004 files and the FSX update.
Check that you have the oil spot textures in the FS/Addon Scenery/Static Objects Library/texture folder.
