Some days ago Ian Elliot Shessi released at SOH the former French Juvincourt air base. Used by the German Luftwaffe during WWII, in 1950 France offered the airfield to the United States Air Force as part of their NATO commitment to establish a modern Air Force station at the site. However the construction was never completed due to the high cost of breaking the agricultural leases, and also the high costs of removing the concrete German runways and other facilities. Therefore the airfield could still be seen in good shape on photos taken in 1963. At least it also could be a good landmark for classic FS9, as do most of former RAF airfields in Great Britain. Thanks Ian, resp. Shessi. Bernard

Oh, sorry Ian for that confusion. It certainly occurred because at same time I installed a couple of your nice addons like Lübeck-Blankensee, Westerland-Sylt, Thames Forts, Leiston373 and son on. They all are really suitable for use with our classic era too. Thanks again for your highly appreciated contributions.
