The flight AC#659 flightplans 1962 is scheduled to stop at airport coded "CH". It doesn't exsist such an ADE, neither by default, nor as addon. According to the coordinates it's Amchitka AFB and should correctly be coded PAHT. It could be easily modified in your flightplans 1962. You should also add this line in your Airports_1962.txt file;
PAHT,N51* 22.65',E179* 15.48',180

There is no default airport there in FS2004, using either code. The Radio Range package adds the CH airport, and that's what I used.
