Rather a long post but..........I cannot seem to get this right. I have downloaded the following zips. ai2k41 through ai2k48 and installed per instructions. While there is no listing in FSX for Aircraft folder, there is one that is FAX/SimObjects/ Airplanes. The ai airplanes were listed in that folder. I made a new folder (following the same path) named AI Aircraft. I then cut the folders from Simobjects/Airplanes and pasted into folder AI Aircraft.
I added the line in fsx cfg under main "SimObjectPaths.6=AI Aircraft"
I then unzipped and installed file ai2k4t 1957,1959 and 1962 per instructions. These are listed within FSX Addon Scenery. Within each (CalClassic Traffic 1957, 1959 and 1962 are the scenery folders. Each one displays Traffic and Traffic World bgl's
I DID NOT install ai2k4afcad.zip simply because I did not want to change FSX airport scenery. My flights (much as they were in my aviator days) are always Central America, South America and the Caribbean.
I then converted fs9 traffic bgls to FSX bgls using AIFP, compiled the traffic and corrected any errors.
I added the scenery in FSX CalClassic Traffic 1957,1959 and 1962 respectively. The structure in the FSX scenery is listed as such. (Bold are active)
CalClassic Traffic 1957 (not selected)
CalClassic Traffic 1959 (not selected)
CalClassic Traffic 1962 (selected)
Addon Scenery
Propeller Objects
Global, Generic and Vehicle Libraries
There is absolutely no AI traffic, parke planes etc. At a loss!?!?

Hi,
Where is your AI Aircraft folder? Inside the main FSX folder, or inside the SimObjects folder? If the latter, then the line in the cfg file should be:
"SimObjectPaths.6=SimObjects\AI Aircraft"
If still a problem, check each entry for any typos you may have made. No extra spaces at the end of the added line in the fsx.cfg file, etc.
Hope this helps,

Tom,
Thanks for redirect.
Inserting the following line "SimObjectPaths.6=SimObjects\AI Aircraft instead of SimObjectPaths.6=AI Aircraft did the trick.
