Hello, I lost the download version of this file which I purchased several years ago. I've sent several requests to MAAM support but I have not received any response. Does anyone know where I can download thise file or share your file with me? I have proof of purchase if needed.

I just went to the Maam website and got up to the checkout page of the order form. Seems that the site is still operable unless it stops you at some point after that. What leads you to believe it's INOP ?

From my experience repurchasing it some while back, the MAAM-SIM people are now very distant from the sales due to age and I was not able to get a free replacement copy for my original purchase. I managed to make a purchase but I had to pester the museum for some weeks before the download was made available - it is not automatic as a modern site would be. And the museum is, of course, not open daily - and probably not always staffed by somebody that can deal with such things.
I would recommend contacting the museum first . . .

Yeah so FYI, I was able to finally get a new download link emailed to me by calling the museum. My purchase is a good 10-15 years old. So pretty good customer service given the circumstances. In any case, whatever you do make sure to back up your files. regards, Michel

All of you remind me of my episode. Years ago, I bought IRIS Vulcan bomber for FSX use but had not installed it for years because I was too scared to do installation of such complex payware aircraft.
Last year after 3 years of successful installations of complex payware add on aircrafts, I decided to try luck with IRIS Vulcan bomber. I looked at File Explorer showing all folders and tried to find the folder containing the Vulcan package. What surprised me is that in my old computer, I have file for serial key code and "update' files to correct bugs of Vulcan add on BUT I do not see my software package for Vulcan.
So I emailed Iris and also emailed to OWNER and CEO of Iris sending them proof of my serial key code asking them to send me copy of the software explaining to them that I could not find records of my purchase of Vulcan in various retail flight sim websites that I regularly buy from which led me to impression that it must be from the retail flight sim website that went bankrupt. I reminded him that apart from my serial key code, the update files that I have is clear proof of my ownership of Vulcan as IRIS does not give updates to anyone without ownership of the plane.
He replied that IRIS does not have the FSX copy of Vulcan and could not do anything about my problem which struck me strange and fishy because I had discussed with CEO and OWNER of PC Aviator who told me that his retail website is still selling IRIS Vulcan bomber and he has no idea what in the heck IRIS CEO and owner is talking about.
Oh well
Regards,
Aharon

Shalom Aharon,
I feel your pain. I had backups of all my payware stuff, saved onto portable hard drives, as well as a library of all my FS2004 downloads since FS2004 was released. Then, while I was in hospital, after being knocked over by a taxi, my laptop & all my portable dives went 'missing". There was so much that was irreplicable, as many websites has disappeared. Luckily, I had quite a bit of downloads saved into the 'cloud', so not all was lost. I used Dropbox, OneDerive & MyDrive to store stuff.
Good luck in getting Sorted out.

I had backups of all my payware stuff, saved onto portable hard drives Shalom Wobbie,
Sorry to hear about the taxi accident.
I actually have backup of all payware addons PLUS list of serial key codes of all payware add ons. I also checked my external portable pocket size backup 7,200 rpm drives (I have 2 in case one fails) and was surprised to see there were update files and serial key code for IRIS Vulcan in back up BUT no Vulcan software. I have no idea why except one possibility that I must have deleted the package in anger when I discovered it did not work in my FSX. Hence me going to all retail flight sim websites to look at my past history of purchases and considering the fact I could not find in those websites which inevitably led to conclusion that it must have came from retail flight sim website that went bankrupt. The other thing I remember is that I bought it on sale for lousy 10 bucks.
What is inexcusable is that the owner and CEO of IRIS telling me they have no Vulcan software for FSX while the owner and CEO of PC Aviator retail website telling me that IRIS' reply to me is totally news to him considering the fact that his website is STILL selling IRIS Vulcan for FSX.
Regards,
Aharon
