This poster animated me Animated to create a similar AI flight with the Stinson Voyager from Orcas Island to Bellingham. Furthermore It was a good reason to visit this rather neglected airport, part of CalClassic world. The airport at a slightly more "busier" day ...! Probably due to poor 1955 traffic. Bellingham wasn't really unknown for me, as I saw it in another context. The airfield is also part of "Heritage Historic Sim" scenery package. "A fun projerct done in 2009 by Gerry J. Smith" as his creation is described. For those who haven't heard of this package before, here the WWII version with B-29: The whole package is a mix of typical Ford Tri-Motor scenery style with Blackhawk elements. Bernard

Garry is very much missed. I have all his stuff in a separate Ford Tri-Motor install, including the Transload stuff he did. I was also a beta tester for a 'Death Star' unreleased project of his.
It is really great that his scenery is still being used, and FS2004 is being kept alive..

The Stinson Voyager was a sleek looking aircraft for it time.

Nice pictures, Bernard, thanks. 🙂
The Stinson looks nice. Is it AI only, or also flyable?

Nice pictures, Bernard, thanks. 🙂 The Stinson looks nice. Is it AI only, or also flyable? I've just got mine from www.flightsim.com/search/?q=Stinson%20Voyager&quick=1The Stinson 108-3 Voyager is by Brian Gladdon, & there's a Stinson 108-1 by Paul Clawson, that's only 823Kb in size.
