Hello to you all ;D, I am having some problems with the older DC6 repaints and the new VC from Jens. When i use the the base packs everything is okay,no problems with the VC. But when i am using a older repaint the outside colors are okay,but the framing and interior doesn't get the right colors!!! The gauges on the panel are there in color and properly working though  Help is needed ;D Greetz Jan |

Hi,
From the file Adding Liveries.txt found in your Base Pack folder:
8. DC-6/7 ONLY. In case your new livery does not have the 2009 DC-6/7 virtual cockpit textures, copy the following texture files from the Base Pack livery (listed first in the cfg file) into your new livery's texture folder:
virtual cockpit.bmp
virtual cockpit_L.bmp
virtual cockpit2.bmp
virtual cockpit2_L.bmp
virtual cockpit3.bmp
virtual cockpit3_L.bmp
virtual cockpit4.bmp
virtual cockpit4_L.bmp
virtual cockpit5.bmp
virtual cockpit5_L.bmp
Metallic_T.bmp
Metallic_L.bmp
glass.bmp
leather.bmp
pan1_L.bmp
pan2_L.bmp
The following texture files may be deleted from your new livery's folder if desired:

Hi Tom, Thank you very much ,i just didn't realise how important that was and just looked over it :-[i was just being big, dum and happy ;D I love the DC6 it was already a great model but it is getting better all the time and all my repaints are working now ,thanks again  Greetz Jan |

OK, then we need a KLM repaint!
Or can the gauges from TOM be used in the Jens VC? since the update rate of Toms gauges are much better.

Hi, You can use my gauges, but the update rate is due to the design of the VC, not the gauges. |

could you create a VC update texture pack with the textures mentioned above to make updating easier? Unless you already did, of course.

Hi,
I'm not sure how to make a texture pack that would be easier to use than copying them from the livery provided? If you sort the texture list alphabetically, it's the bottom part of the listing.
