Hi.
I'm wanting to attach a simple smoke effect to a chimnye for a FSX model that I've created. I've looked over the Modeling tool's html to find out how this is done. If I'm reading this right, I need somthing called 3ds Max to attach effects to a FSX model?
Ok, so I googled this 3ds Max, but it looks like this 3ds Max is payware. Do I need this 3ds Max or can effects be attached through Gmax?
Thank you for your time.

Hi,
Yes, you can use GMAX. I assume you need the Attachtool addon. I don't know much more about working with FSX than that...

Well I would have to say that I'm lost here. Does anyone here know what I need to do to get this FSX tools drop down menu for Gmax??
