I got this from Noel earlier today. This a NOAA METAR map. Move the cursor over any airport in the US and it will give you the latest hourly observation in METAR. www.wrh.noaa.gov/zoa/mwmap3.php?map=usa

Jesse I was looking for Oakland ARTCC on the Center map and didn't see it until I realized the list required scrolling down for 3 more entries! Really! Couldn't they have just listed them all without that? I had not been so perturbed since I saw the ARTCC map the FAA put out after the controller strike in 1981 --- On that map Oakland Center was missing altogether, swallowed up by Seattle, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake Centers. There was a furor in Fremont over that. FAA claimed it had been an oversight and they left the facility open but I think someone definitely wanted to close the place down since it sits in the middle of the most expensive to live area in America.

Now that is a sweet tool. I also like all the additional detail that is available in a separate window once you click on a desired airport.
