Not normally a fan of night screen shots because they lose a lot in translation from the backlit monitor to the 2D image. Normally way too dark to really appreciate. Having said that here are a couple of Strats new c97 vc. I have it modded just a bit with chromate window frames etc to match Jesses C97 images found elsewhere on the forum. This is an early evening flight from Farnborough UK to Kinloss AB in the UK, which is one of my favorite UK flights as it goes right up the heart of the country. Eric

Am I seeing this correct that this version of the VC has active gauges on the right side of the panel as well So far I have only taken a look at the 377 and probably due to the model it only has somewhat blurry painted on gauges on the right side. That aside this does look very nice indeed. If you don't mind could you post what you tweaked Stefan

Strat left the vc textures out of the initial uploads of the 2D panel for the 377 and the C97 I believe. its available as a separate upload at least for the stratofreighter. The right side panel is still static, but the gauge images match the left side.
I tweaked a few things.
1. The 2D window rails to match chromate green in the 2D panel 2. I redid the window rails in the VC to match 3. I also modified the night lighting position in the VC for a little darker image and better night vision. 4. I changed the padding/batting in the VC to chromate green to match the pics of Jesses bird.
One or two other things. Anyway I have shared with Strat and if he chooses to use them or offer as an alternative, then Im sure he will do so. No big deal.

Hi, All it needs now is Eric Marciano's radar gauge with an orange background and we'll have fully functional radar for air-to-air refueling.

Randy, that is an interesting idea, though if it could be made to fit, I'd accept the black/green version of Eric's radar. either way it wouldn't be entirely accurate, but then neither is the use of a GPS!
