Has anyone made up a texture to apply the Buffalo Air L-188 to J.R.s Lockheed electra?
With this new panel out, I'd like to see that combination.

I think Wild Bill Kelso has made a Buffalo repaint for the Lockheed L-188 but I am not sure which model that was for.

The only Buffalo Paint for a user flown L-188 is for the FSX only version of the airplane. Markus' repaint is only on the AI / static version of the airplane included in the Yellowknife scenery.

Thanks, Stefan. Maybe one day some talented painter will come up with one. I regret I don't have that talent.

No promises but I am going to be on a job for 2 weeks in Eugene,OR and usually do end up with a bit of time in a dull hotel room...there may be some painting time available Stefan

Thanks, Stefan....Much appreciated. I always take my laptop with me when we make our annual Caribbean cruises. Nothing is more boring than to sit and look at miles and miles of empty ocean. I do get a lot of sim flying in between ports of call. Even without my yoke and rudders, I'm getting pretty adept at flying with the keyboard and mouse. Jesse

Hi Jesse,
that is a funny picture ...sitting in the middle of the ocean and flying simulated airplanes. I have given upon flying without my setup. Just can't get it.
I did do a few Connie Testflights that way but for the most part I avoid it.
Btw I did come accross a texture pack for Lucarny's L-188 containing skins for both of Buffalo's L-188.
At Flightsim.com : fs2002fs2004fsxl-188lnbuffalo.zip
I downloaded them and looked at them in FSRepaint...not the highest quality but might be good enough to tide you over until I am finished.
I'll only do C-FBAQ ... I found only one usable picture for the other one.

Thanks, Stefan. I'll head over to fs.com and check them out. Guess I didn't look hard enough when I was over there the last time.
