c/n 10204 arrived on 6 July 1962. It was re-registered as C9-AIA in 1975 still with DETA. In 1980 it was transferred to LAM. It was sold in November 1981 to VOTEC, a Brazilian regional airline and registered PT-LCF.

Very nice indeed Andre! I would like to make a paint myself but I'm a little confused... is the square tip prop of the F27-200 update by Jaap available yet?

Thanks Editroit. As far as I'm aware the F27 is still in Beta and Jaap hasn't released the square tipped prop model yet. I'm going to wait for those before I release the paints.

Sorry guys, forgot all about the -200 with the flat prop tips. (I'm busy with too much stuff all at the same time ) I have the model file ready for downloading: www.mediafire.com/?xc2e3zmlz4b3hcuBy the way Andre - that is a great looking repaint of DETA's Friendship. Looking forward to download her Cheers, Jaap

Nice idea - you are taking your screenshots at the Fokker factory. Thanks,

Thanks Jaap for the models! Jaap, while youre at it, would it be possible to enable wing views with the undercarriage, wings and landing flaps visible? (For the purpose of pretending to be a virtual passenger looking out a window of course :-)) Just a thought!

Thanks Jaap for the square tip prop model. Are you going to release a complete -200 package that users can download somewhere? No pressure I know you are busy, just asking so I can refer to that in the readme. I see the DTA Fokker in the background, and I have also just finished painting the series. c/n 10208 delivered 23 August 1962 and named 'Cunene'. It was re-registered as D2-LEP in 1975 when DETA changed to TAAG. Sold in September 1976 to Zaire Aero Service where it was registered as 9Q-CEB. Broken up in 1982.

@ Tom, Yes, I thought it seemed correct to put her there. Nice that you spotted that @ mrogers, I'll have a look and give it a try. @ Andre, Yes, I hope to bring out a full -200 and -300 package soon now. There is still some modeling to do on the -300 Military variant (wide rear doors). I'd like to add that to the package. @ Ed and all others, Thanks for the compliments and constructive remarks. And looking at the great repaints of the Fokker and Fairchild, I think we are in for many treats.... ;D Cheers, Jaap

Only problem with creating wing views is that you would see all of my little cheats on the main gear retraction.

I tried it out just for fun: Perhaps I'll add them at the next update?

Now ..... now that we've got a "true" FH-227 and much refined and improved F-27 and Fokker F.27s .... is anyone interested in adding the refinements to the Fokker F.27-500 while retaining true Fokker features ?
Perhaps someday ?
