Hi, Not to pound the point, but Glenn, Richard, Edd and I all noticed that if you change engines for individual control, the Starliner locks on engine #1 with no alternative but "reload user aircraft" to recover the other 3. Any ideas why? Yours,

Hi Randy,
This usually has to do with a gauge that is constantly sending commands to FS. They interrupt the multi key commands (like E 1 2 3 4). So all you get is "E", which is engine 1. There is nothing you can do about it, other than load the gauge at AVSIM that allows you to use another method to select engines.
Hope this helps,

I USE ROB'S GAUGE IN ALL MULTI-ENGINE AIRCRAFT. PRESSING 'E' WILL SELECT ALL ENGINES AND THERE IS NO PROBLEM STARTING INDIVIDUAL ENGINES USING THE KEYBOARD OR JOYSTICKS PROGRAMMED TO DO SO.

Sorry for the noob-ish question, but Where can we find this gauge?

Sunny9850, I just wanted to thank you for the tip you gave me for view settings back on page 3 of this thread. I finally got around to changing them as per your post. It worked out really well. I also finally got around to taking v2.1 on a short flight KJMS - KFAR....this is one sweet package! Thanks to all who made this possible Cheers, Scott KJMS (or thereabouts)

And here I was beginning to think i had lost my touch You're quite welcome Scott...again the one caveat may be that the exhaust flames may not be visible when using the "wing-views" with CTRL+SHIFT+7,9,1 or 3 on the Num Pad. Works for some and not for others.....at this point.

AI version almost finished now, using three LODs (levels of detail) to maintain adequate frame rates. The AI handler has just switched on the landing lights on Alex Carry's Air France Connie and the model uses this as a condition to deploy takeoff flaps (thanks to Tom and Hansjoerg). Also taxying towards the holding line is the default TWA Starliner N7307C, and parked on the ramp is Tim Scharnhop's Lufthansa version. All other repaints can be used as well.

Hi, just uploaded the AI version to avsim, should be available later today, and Tom's going to create an interface to the Calclassic AI flight plans. Edit: it's up already: library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=133160

Hi all, Thanks Manfred! I enjoyed testing the plane. My Conversion file will rename Manfred's TWA, Air France, and Lufthansa AI liveries to that used in my Classic AI traffic, and rename my Starliner liveries so they are not used. My TWA Cargo and Storage models are still used, since the MJ model has airstairs at the gate. An open door has been added since this pic. Note that this is still a relatively complex model, and might hit your frame rate a bit. It's not bad at all, though. There are usually not very many around at one time anyway. If you want to try it out, download this package and run the installer: www.calclassic.com/files/L1649A_AI_Conv.zipEnjoy,
