LFBD Bordeaux-Merignac 1961 (FS 91) (estimated release date october 2014)

- Harry Biard (most of buildings: Terminal/Hangars/SFERMA Factory/Air Base/putting all together)
- Alejandro Ramirez ( Dassault Factory, AFCAD, Historical research)
- Bernard Leuenberger ( crash tender, AI traffic )



Rhone Alpes 1960 (P3D/FSX) (estimated release date / ( december 2016 )

Oh wow... Those shots look magnificent! I must ask how you achieved the look of ambient occlusion. It looks amazing. I might just use your "promotion pics" idea too

Not ambient oclusion here except for airstairs, umbrellas and for me the little house left of big hangar, Gérard and I, we make shadows by hand in Photoshop/Gimp for all the rest

but now i start to work on Blender, so, ambient oclusion if very powerfull

here and example i'm not finished yet but you can see how Blender produce AO

If I may, what process do you use in GIMP for creating the shadows? And does blender bake ambient occlusion onto the textures?

yes blender bake the shadow an make the texture and the layout after that we combine all in gimp check this video
