Hi,
We all have times where the real world gets in the way. Don't let it get you down - one thing I've learned over my much longer life is that there is always time to sit back, take stock, and relax a bit. Just put things aside for a few weeks or even months. Eventually (if you were really meant to do it) you will get back to your FS projects. Follow your heart.

"Ever since my father died in 2012, I've found myself struggling to enjoy many things that I once enjoyed, including things I found myself getting into after his death. It isn't doctor diagnosed, but my depression is definitely something that I battle daily and I consistently try my hardest."
I know, went thru the same thing. Took a long time, and still after 15 years........
Take a break from FS. I got a 'FS BurnOut' lasting more then a year. Now its comming back, and dont worry, once bitten by the flightsim bug.. it never leaves you, there is no antidote.
Good luck.

Johan and Tom, Thank you both for your words, in ways I don't think I can explain they mean a lot to me I've decided to take an extended break from most flight sim things besides an occasional flights in favor of picking up my C++ programming so I can complete my Boeing 747 classic project Thanks guys,
