Hi,
It's a Connie, not sure whether Super or not.
I'm guessing that is an aftermarket AP, not installed during delivery. Not sure, though. My manual shows the EAL 1049G's were equipped with the common PB-10 AP installed in the center console. I'm sure some were also equipped with the later A-12 AP, also in the center console.

Diego,
I'm sure it's actually the radar controls. If you look at some of the panel pics of N6937C you'll see similar. Your picture looks like a radar fitted military 121A or possibly a Super. I think only the latter had that coaming panel.
