Hi all, I'm running FS9 CalClassic under Windows10 1909 (Win10 64 bit & Dx12, i5 7400, nVidia GTX 1050 2GB, 16GB RAM). For some time now, when I selected any Douglas DC6 or DC7, the sim CTD when loading the plane. On the other hand, no problem with the Lockheed constellation. Both Douglas and Contellation are using the engines start gauges from CalClassic. I have tested the Douglas aircrafts without the AIRCRAFT_RELOAD.xml in the panels: all OK What solved the issue in my case (with the use of AIRCRAFT_RELOAD.xml again): I have managed my Douglas install as the Lockheed Constellation are made. I have created a folder CalClassic in each dc6pnlKMCC and dc7pnlKMCC (these panels are under aircraft/fsfsconv). Inside these CalClassic folders, I put the 2 files from gauges/Z_DC KMTG (AIRCRAFT_RELOAD.xml, ENGINE_AUTOSTART_4.xml) I have modified the panel.cfg like this: //gauge71=Z_DC6KMTG!ENGINE_AUTOSTART_4, 5,5,11,11 //gauge72=Z_DC6KMTG!AIRCRAFT_RELOAD, 10,10,11,11 gauge71=CalClassic!ENGINE_AUTOSTART_4, 5,5,11,11 gauge72=CalClassic!AIRCRAFT_RELOAD, 10,10,11,11 No more CTD with the Douglas DC6 and DC7 ! Looks like something going wrong with the gauge folder when the plane is reloading after the panel (under Win10). I hope this can help some of you! Sorry for my bad english. I'm French.

Hi,
Your English is excellent, thanks for the tip! We'll see if anyone else in Win10 having such problems can solve them with this tip too.
I wonder if the panel folders were placed into the main Aircraft folder (instead of in the fsfsconv solder) you would still have the crash in the original configuration?

Hi Tom, I have done the test with the panels folder directly in the main aircraft folder (instead of the fsfsconv folder), and yes no CTD ! You're right ! Thank you ! Cheers.

Good to know, thanks. Since the main Airplanes folder is the location the installer puts them I think I'm safe.

The Douglas have been installed for years and I've always done updates manually. So the panels remained under fsfsconv. I only noticed the problem a few days ago, but I'm sure the Douglas have worked on Win10 before.
Cheers.
