I recently purchased a downloadable version of FS2020 from Steam. The download and installation took over 2hrs.which was expected as it is a very large piece of software.
All went well and I learned how to navigate around and go through the various Topics. However, when I got to the point of setting up my flight controls in the Control section the sim recognized my installed flight controllers ( CHYoke, CHThrottle Quadrent and CHRudder Pedals) but there were no default assingments at all, which meant that it was up to me to do this. As there is no official Product Manual available yet, I was sort of stuck, and after several hours of trying, and watching youtube tutorials, I was so frustrated and gave up.
I put in a request for a refund ,perhaps a bit too hastily, and it was approved luckily.
It is now my intention to purchase FS2020 again at a later date, when a Manual becomes available, or when MS adds the CH controllers with the default assingnments and mapping.

Herman, I agree for a different reason. If flying in the present time - no problem. If flying in the Calclassc era, the villages become large villages, large villages become towns and towns become large towns, large towns, become small cities, small cities become large cities and so on and so on. Not for me. Not that I might try it at some point, but not just yet.
