Hi all,
I have never tried using Doug Dawson's manual supercharger switches in FSX (SP1) until this morning. The result was that the engines were always stuck in LO blower - the switches didn't work.
I know that Edd tried it in SP2/Acceleration and got some kind of error message. I need to know exactly what that error message said.
If anyone has tried this already, or wants to try it out (best to test with the new DC-6B), could you let me know your results here in this thread?
Thanks,

Hi Tom, more info on the manual supercharger selection it work's perfectly in fsx-sp2 !from the 2d panel ?then once you have used them in the 2d panel they work in the vc ? but you have to use them in the 2d once each time fsx is started up a bit like the fuel selector you have to load the 2d panel or you can set fsx to load the 2d panel in the settings but doing this can send fsx tumberling to the desktop depending what addon aircraft have installed! best regards Edd

Hi,
Well, I am red faced. Here was the scenario - new computer, brand new FSX installation, supercharger switches didn't work. Can anyone guess the reason?
Of course it was because I hadn't installed FSUIPC yet! Doh!
So Edd, things are working fine in FSX SP2 - is that including Acceleration? If not, anyone tried it with that added?
Thanks,
