They did stopover at Algier, Tripolis,Benghazi, Cairo Heliopolis / Almaza, Baghdad, Bushire, Bandar Abbas, Karachi, Agra, Calcutta, Rangoon, Bangkok, Saigon, Vinh, Hanoi, Macao, Aparri, and finally Manila. departure at Cuatro Vientos over Egyptian pyramides at Karachi over Taj Mahal at Agra bad weather at Aparri, Northern Philippines arrived at Manila The air raid was named 'Patrulla or Escuadrilla Elcano' after the navigator Juan Sebastiãn Elcano. He was part of the Spanish expedition commanded by the Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan, who set sail in 1519 for the first successful circumnavigation of the Earth. After Magellan‘s death in the Philippines, Elcano took command of the ship 'Victoria' from the Moluccas to Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Spain.
