Manfred, Volker take all the time you need. We can wait, wish payware developers were as careful as you have been, there products would be much improved. Never saw a connie I did not like, but yours are the best in all respects. Been a pleasure waiting for these. Don

Manfred and the group,
Just wanted to chime in and say what a wonderful job you are doing. I almost feel you are continuing the legacy of the late John White, whose L-049 set the bar very high - but you have more than met the challenge.
Thanks,

I think John White's L-049 will be the yardstick for Connies for quite some time. All I can say for sure is that as usual it has been a great pleasure to be involved with Manfred and the rest of the team in building the L-749/C-121. Stefan

From what I read sometime ago John Whites' model was ruined by his widow trying to send off the files to people who wanted to continue his legacy. She unintentionally did something wrong when sending the files and they got destroyed I know www.com-central.net took the model over and converted it to FSX standards.Don't know if it's still available. don't think so. ...Wait...I just found it again, NOt sure the link works though? www.com-central.net/index.php?name=Downloads&file=details&id=174This is the Fs9 version, if it works you must search for the fixes for SP2 acceleration...

Hi,
His widow knew nothing of computers, and had a neighbor try to package something together for us. Unfortunately, the required files were not included in what was sent and she didn't have any other options. Very sad.

My little Con ten years ago Was arrogant and spry,
Her backbone was a bended bow
For arrows in her eye.
Her step was proud, her bark was loud,
Her nose was in the sky,
But she was ten years younger then,
And so, by God, was I.
Lines adapted from John Betjeman, 1906-84. The picture shows the statue of Betjeman in St Pancras Station, London. The lettering on the plaque reads,
And in the shadowless unclouded glare Deep blue above us fades to whiteness where A misty sea-line meets the wash of air.

I think John raised the bar, but Manfred will raise it further for sure. All hopes are to this master of the art!
I'm sure Manfred will somewhere honor John.. it might be in a readme, but may also be in the FDE.. hint to FSAviator do do his magic trick on the engines...

Hi Johan,
I think you might just want to try the engines as they are now...that is when you can get her from the usual places. I did not think it was possible before, but this one flies even better than the last one ;D ;D ;D ;D
