I don't know where the picture was taken but I do have a comment. It's a good thing that Alco was idling, if it was under power, the aircraft would have had to land IFR!! ;D The devil made me say that!!

Tom wouldnt it be slightly later than that? The Western scheme on the DC is the "jet scheme" which I thought came out around 1964. I do have a DC-6 repaint in that scheme though!
