Not exactly a classic question (actually, not at all), but I'm overwhelmed. I suddenly find myself having two separate computers next to each other, both with FS2004, and networked together. I know there's utilities out there to do neat things but...what can I do with this? Anyone have some basic ideas? I've never done this before.

I have played multiplayer over the LAN; that can be fun. The Learning Center tells you how to do that, as I remember.
I think you can tie the computers together and get other things (like FSNav) running on the other computer. Using a program like Wide FS you can also have more than one FS screen visible at one time (like the outside view on one computer's screen and the panel on the other computer's screen).
Hopefully someone who has really done this will chime in, although there are other forums that would be much more likely to get you some good answers.
Hope this helps,

Tom,
It does! I've been doing a little more reading, both here and on other forums, and have some ideas regarding my setup. I wish I had a way to run two monitors on my primary machine. I'd love to have my Connie FE panel open all the time on a second monitor!
Thanks again.

With WideFS/FSUIPC in registered form there are a lot of things that come to mind.
Here is what I have personally.
PC1 : FS9 or FSX ....and absolutely nothing else. PC2 : Active Sky V, FSGarmin GNS530 or GNS430 formerly payware from down under but available free and 99% accurate to the real thing., FSFlightmax (used mostly as a Wx Radar display)
Since I purchased a new PC1 a little while ago I now have a PC3 : Squawkbox or FSINN for Vatsim flying, Ventrilo and FSHost to run VA Multi flights. AIRPLAN a real world Flightplanner which can be coupled to FS and is nice for terrain view when running low in Western Canada or Alaska.
