Well! I've been bursting to tell you all where I was last Thursday afternoon. I had to be in Johannesburg for a business meeting in the morning, and I had the afternoon free before flying back home to Durban in the evening. So what did I do in the couple of free hours?
I went to O.R. Tambo Airport (FAJS formerly known as Jan Smuts Intnl), whence I was due to fly from later that evening, and there I connected with Barry Els from the South African Airways Museum Society annnnnnd...
I toured Lockheed L1649A Starliner ZS-LVJ! After that I had a tour of Junkers Ju52/3M ZS-AFA, (recently returned to flying condition) and a couple of North American T-6 Texans.
Because this airport is classified as a National Keypoint, cameras aren't allowed airside, but I still snuck a few quick shots with my cellphone camera. I'll post them this weekend.
As it turns out, this is the second time I've been in a Constellation. The first time (I'm told) is when I was about 3 years old and my parents and I emigrated from Germany to South Africa. We flew from Düsseldorf to Brussels in a Connie, (and then on to Johannesburg in a B707).

Hi Thomas,
Congratulations on your tour! I've been on only a few Connies, including the MATS example when it stopped here in San Diego.
Thanks,

Hi,
Read the Rules and Information thread at the top of each forum for details on how to do that. I've set up an account at photobucket for my photos - very easy to do.
Hope this helps,

Generally, Tom's suggestion is the easiest method. However, if you have your own website, you can ftp the screen shots to your remote site and they will be available for viewing with whomever you correspond; be it forums or email.
