Aloha, I'm hard at work still on my classic schedules website, last night I hit a marker for me, 1000 routes inputted. Still small, but growing and trying to be fair to the different eras and regions of the world. I've also decided to expand the website, to include era appropriate liveries I've been working on, so one can fly the schedules in the proper company paintjob. Most of the major ones have been done by others, but a few are missing and I'm working on some of those. But I'd also like to work on creating a "job assignment" section for some of the routes I like best. Basically it would just be a pre-prepared printable sheet that has all the information one would need to make that particular flight by the numbers. Fuel, payload, starting gate, radio frequencies, ETA/ATA chart, etc. I know many people have route planning software, I personally use Flight Commander (as I started simming post FS Navigator age), and this wouldn't be much different than what you could create there, but it would already be done one could just print it out, load up the sim and go! Obviously I would only be able to do a few of them as well. My question is, in actuality, when a propliner captain showed up for work and was handed his or hers assignment for the day, what would that have looked like? I'd like to "replicate" as close as possible (at least in spirit and design) a route assignment. Thanks, Jonathan www.hobofat.com/timetable/
