I am a new forum member. I am a former Braniff International pilot and my father was a Panagra/Braniff pilot from 1945 through 1980. I have some old Panagra DC-3, DC-4, DC-6, DC-7 and DC-8 information and manuals from my father's career and also some Braniff stuff from my own career. Don't know if my info might be of help to some of the forum members, but if you have questions about Panagra schedules, equipment, personnel, etc., just send me a note and I'll see if I can help! Welcome aboard Chip. Our local Braniff Guru is Kristopher Crook, and I know that he will be anxious to compare notes with you. He and I are both former residents of Oklahoma City, and old Tom Braniff was our local hero.

Thanks, Jesse. I flew many a trip into OKC on the old BI. It was great while it lasted. I was there from 1973 until it shut down on May 12, 1982, then went back for the start-up in 1984. My BI career was split between domestic B727 and South American DC-8 (former Panagra) routes. Regards.....Chip
