Hi,
Nice paint job.
From the book "Forgotten Flights" (about non sked airlines):
"Based in New York City, NY. 1959-1964. Cargo and passenger charter operations. Some equipment based in Luxembourg. Performed subservice for other carriers short of equipment. Transtate Airlines and Interocean Airways were subsidiary companies with the same Board of Directors. Carvair, DC-4, L-749, and L-1049 equipment." No aircraft losses reported.
Hope this helps,

Thanks Tom! This one had me stumped. I saw a great many "irregular" carriers passing through MDW in the 1950s (which explains my fascination with them) but never this one.
