Any chance of upgrading the wonderful AI plnes to run in fsx, and coming up with a program like th old "Chainger" that will let you replace not jjust the default traffic, but any addons (such as WOAI) planes with old airliners?

Hi,
What is wrong with them in FSX? The latest ones do not turn black as quickly when you get far away, and all will work visually in FSX SP1. You do need to change the prop circle textures for SP2, but I'm sure you have some of those.
As for a program to change WOAI into propliners, why not just download and install my AI package into FSX? You will need to move the planes from the newly created Aircraft folder into the Simobjects/Airplanes folder (unless you have activated an Aircraft folder already), but that's the only extra step compared to FS2004. Then you can activate your propliner traffic with a few clicks of the mouse. If the rest of your traffic bgl files are in true FSX format, they will all be inactivated automatically. If not, if you move those other traffic bgl files into a Modern AI Traffic scenery layer (as described in the text file), you can deactivate those just as easily.
Hope this helps,
