Can anyone tell me how to fix the nose down attitude of the CV-580 while in flight or is this the way the plane flew in real life!

It really flew this way. If you don't like it, either throttle back a little or climb a bit, there's nothing wrong with doing it.

The reason it flies like this is the first test pilot was very small and he couldn't see where he was going and they left it that way.

Tucked away with my FS 580 is a document "REVIEW from a real world CV capt.txt" which is very enlightening. From there: "The airplane normally flies about a degree or two nose-DOWN for cruise. If your looking at the airplane in spot view in cruise you will notice this. IT IS PERFECTLY NORMAL and not a flaw in the fde".
The entire document is worth a good read, not least because it proves we are sometime trying to be too perfect in FS - for instance he says he used to climb at a lower rate but higher speed to keep the nose down for a better view!
Best wishes,
John

Hi,
If you read the Propliner Flying Tutorial you will see the 580 mentioned in the section "Pimped Rides". The 580 had more powerful engines attached to an older airframe. This means it flies faster than it was designed for, and thus flies nose down.
Hope this helps,

Yep that's the way they were......
Many a Wisconsin, Michigan, & Minnesota Dairy Farmer, thought that "Herman" was going to land in their "North Forty" pasture. I always thought it was because they wanted the passengers to think they never were going to clear the trees at the end of 1/2 of the Airports North Central Served.... ;D

The 580's turboprops weren't responsible for the nose down though. The VNE and Max Cruise speeds were the same as on the 340 and 440. The turboprops just allowed the plane to get there faster and with more weight aboard.
