I wanted to create a thread for posting classic flight sim videos using classic aircraft and scenery. I see there are very few so I'm not sure if it's discouraged or if simply not many people have.
If anyone prefers not to have this here, I won't be insulted if this thread is removed.
This one is centered more around video quality. Later I would like to post some with rolling credits, narration and possibly training.
At this point, I'm not qualified to train as you can see in this one. The approach was a bit out of ref but a good touch down.
You will get smoother video if you click Watch on YouTube instead of playing it from an embeded video.

Hi, Nice video. I've moved it to the Screen Shot forum, since a video is a series of screen shots.

Here is one approachine Boston using the B377 in United Delivery Colors and Julius Czarneckis Charlotte/Douglas.
Time to go overseas for next one.
These work better if you set your YouTube player to 720p or 1080p. I captured them in 1080p

Thanks I'm glad you like it. I'm almost done with another one. Just waiting on a couple details. I would put a link here to it but it's goig to be deleted when I upload the final in a few days. If you search google or youtube for fs9 belgium airports it should come up. Make sure you set it to HD to get the best effect.
I know what you mean. I've always thought about making YouTube videos but never wanted to as much as I do now since I started getting into these classic aircraft/scenery. I have a whole seperate install of FS9 just for these classics excluding all the modern aircraft and most of the scenery.
I use Adobe Premier. It took some time to get the encoder to do what I want bur I'm happy with it.

Great because here is one.
Be sure and select an HD setting in the bottom right of the video window if it doesn't automatically
Also, It's better if you click the YouTube icon in the bottom right of the video screen below. It will play much more smoothly. Videos don't play as well from an embeded link when in HD full screen.

Thanks Juan. I'm glad you like it because you're next. I have a busy work week coming up so it will be in the makings after that.
These videos will play far more smoothly if you go directly to YouTube and watch them. It's just the way it is with embeded videos.
