Hello again, I discovered this while making flight last night. The engine cowlings on the DC-6b were transparent. My problem with graphics? That is all. Thanks

Thanks for the reply Edd, However after reloading, and making sure new textures were loaded, the transparency is still there. After investigation the transparent cowlings appear only when any lights are turned on. Nav or landing or panel. I shut off the flame FX to see. no affect. Something is happening with the night texures. It really is not a problem just for screen shots it shows. Operation is still great. Thanks

Ok here is what I did. After checking the UAL DC-6b, which also has transparent cowlings. the Pan Am texture paa dc6b had shiny cowlings which work fine on both A/C with no bleed thru. I can't open those files with any program I have to see the difference, but as long as they work, great! The only thing is the orange paint for the AA cowlings is gone, but new shiny cowlings in its place. That should keep the mechanics on their toes to keep the oil off it. Thanks
