Good evening to all! I am on FSX SP2 and I had so far settled nothing of calclassics except for DC-6 and Constellations and other propliners. I now wish to arrange sceneries I thus have to download the libray calclassics then its update FSX which I installed. I have took care as indicated in the readme to delete the LIB_AM_characters-01.bgl. Afterward I added the Hawaiian Islands 195 fsx and Paris-Orly 1961, but I have nevertheless many errors... I did not find answers in the other topics, why I allows me to open this one. Would there be a way of arranging the following problems? - trees and transparent personages - not adapted ground and making buildings left the scenery Thank you in advance for your help and for your patience! Best Regards, speedbird1405

Hi,
First if it isn't already, place the Hawaii 1959 layer above all of the other layers in the FSX Scenery Library. It should at least be above the Static Objects Library, Addon Scenery, and CalClassic Landclass layers.
Second, I see a second Addon Scenery folder inside your Addon Scenery folder. What is inside that folder? It might indicate that you did not install the FSX Classic Libraries Update properly, which appears to be your problem with the inappropriate transparencies.
Hope this helps,

Hello! Thank you for your answer!
The file Addon Scenery joins an empty file named CA59. I made the operation that you asked me for the library of FSX by declaring in the first one the HAWAII 59, then Paris-Orly 1961, then Calclassics Landclass, then the Static Library. Nevertheless the problem persists! What a pity! Would you have other ideas?
Thank you in advance, Best Regards,

Hi, There was such a sand bar in the harbor back in the 60's. Yours is not the right shape, but it's probably close enough. Can't help with Orly; that's probably due to the FSX roads being in different locations. Other than moving the cars yourself (probably could be done using EZ-Scenery/Instant Scenery) I don't think there's much you can do.

Hi! Ok Thank you very much for your answer and your time! But I have a last question! I have a problem with LFLY (Lyon-Bron) which is quite important, the terminal and the park are not at the right place: Best regards, Speedbird1405.

Buildings are placed correctly - your Afcad is wrong.

It should look like this: Regarding Paris Orly I suddenly have the same issues with FS9. So I added an excluding file. Bernard

In the.picture i see the modern afcad of fsx with the buildings of LFLY 1960 but not the exclude and the afcad of LFLY 1960
Fsx.native version of LFLY 1960 is on the way will be released next year that s way i not make a "fsx fix" for LFLY
Cheers

I have a problem with LFLY (Lyon-Bron) which is quite important, the terminal and the park are not at the right place: Best regards, Speedbird1405. Hi, normally you will see the AFCAD old (the one included on LFLY 1960 scenery), in your picture, i see the old buildings with the new AFCAD. try to reinstall. anyway, next year, a FSX "native" version of LFLY and all the area, will be avaible, that is why i not do any "fix" for LFLY 1960 for FSX. I attach picture, of old afcad (the one you will see if scenery is well installed) Attachments:

Where could You find an exclude file and an AFCD to wait? You won't find a ready-made file. First you should know which AFD is used with your scenery. It isn't clear whether your actual AFD is the default one or a 3rd party.Searching just for LFLY files in your system wouldn't be enough. Sometimes AFD aren't named "AF2_xxxxx" or "AFX_xxxxxx" and therefore are difficult to find. AFAIK the only reliable tool showing all AFD installed and their priorities is AFX of Flight1. It's payware but is really worth of money. If it's a 3rd party AFD, just deleted or paste it to a temporary file. If it's the AFD by default, open it with ADE (freeware) or AFX, create an exclusion rectangle including the whole airport, delete everthing within the rectangle and save it as "LFLY_exclude". Using FS9 files with FSX isn't easy anyway. Bernard
